Loved my fine stay on a business trip. Staff were attentive, room was spotless and updated with jacuzzi tub...

Appreciated the stay, it was fairly nice on a business trip. The breakfast had a wide array of good food and drinks. The location of the property was marvellous as we were very close to the river, which was unexpected. Furthermore, close to shops and restaurants.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was peaceful and comfortable with spacious rooms that overlook the water.

Accomadations for the money Pool. Overall stay. Very pleasant staff.

Comfortable bed nice shower and clean room.

Lack of variety for breakfast.

The room was dirty and the bed spread had stains all over them . We only had a half roll of toilet paper and air conditioning did not work good at all. for 200.00 per night I had expected it to be better

The fact that we were refunded 1 night as we decided to leave early. The gentleman who checked us out was wonderful.

The gentleman who checked us in was rude and unaccomodating. When we got to our room, it smelled very very strongly of cigarette smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. When we complained and asked for a room change or refund, he initially refused to do either and stated that he "smelled nothing". He continued to rudely argue and offered no solutions. He also refused to connect us with the hotel manager. We were considering leaving, but 10 minutes later he called and stated that he would switch our room. We could not believe how horrendously he treated us and will never stay there again and would never recommend it to others. Thankfully, the next morning he was not there and the man who checked us out was lovely and refunded our 2nd night.
